One thing that should be fixed is the "Balance" section. Instead of "Local: Amount of bitcoin you own in this channel", it should be "Local: Amount of bitcoin on your side of the channel"

Otherwise beginners will get confused and think both peers have the right to own the included liquidity in the channel.
