So my household is both: (1) Screen free outside of work rooms. (2) Result of "WIFI Off between 10 pm until 6 am", and the result is:
- my family sleeping better, they said "Deep Sleep"
- going to bed earlier and waking earlier
Next steps will be:
- Continue
- Document publicly the progress
- improve the wifi off setting towards other devices, starting with grapheneOS powered phones, iphones thru "shortcuts"
- Nuke operating system on any devices unchangeable like chromeOS
- Extend to computers already running Linux long time silly ;)
- Hard lines OK
Funny enough, the lady in the house's airpods failed this morning, so bluetooth headsets gone.
Feels very good.
