In my experience it is easily forgotten that we are part of nature, that we are indeed nature in motion.

We work in buildings, drive cars, live in buttoned down homes, stare at screens, live a modern life, which of course is pretty amazing but this can also obfuscate our roots and disconnect us from our origins.

Because our modern life is steps removed from nature I actively seek nature.

Get sunlight in my eyes

Walk bare foot on the ground

Swim in lakes

Breath work - the breath is a gift, we can slow the mind consciously with our breath, we can also gauge the condition of the mind with our breath- is our breath fast and shallow? is it slow, deep and relaxed? the breath is linked to the our present moment state of mind. We can also observe our natural breath in meditation and in doing so observe nature within.

Have an amazing day ☀️

Awesome. You can author the smart stuff and il keep with the dumbshit

This is the way.

The Dhamma Pada is the term for WALKING THE RIGHT PATH (Pada related to feet (pod) ) Dhamma is literally related to the same root as the term EARTH,Terra and linguistically similar to Geo.

The Buddha statue or image showing him pointing to the ground as a witness to his right of enlightenment when challenged by MARA (aka Shaitan, Satan) is a symbol of the awakened human witnessed by the Earth.

This resonates a lot, been practising Vipassana meditation for 6 years and learning about Dhamma/ universal law of nature.

Thank you.
