But Montero isn't deflationary and to claim otherwise is deceptive. Montero had a low inflation rate compared to fiat, it isn't deflationary by any definition of the word.

"deflationary" means

associated with or tending to cause deflation

since the supply inflation of monero is set to be much less than historical annual economic growth, it is correct to call it "deflationary"

The supply increases, that is inflationary. There is no grey area with this.
