Tax on „wealth“ or taxation when emigrating (already somewhat in place in Germany for ETFs) would be the big red flags. Streets are still pretty safe, I got a job even when promoting is strictly coupled on diversity, and political oppression is mostly on politically active people.

But emigrating would be too expensive for me. USA costs 5 million and El Salvador 1 million dollar. Too old for a reasonable chance on a new job. Maybe Hungary is the next best option, but still EU and not big enough to house all EU-refugees.
