possibility of commercialization
I was a heavy user of the first iteration of this app, then just called Telepath. I gather they never found a viable path to revenue, but it was a close-knit community; a great vibe. On that front, it seems like a good match.
How about Element on Matrix? #Nostr could integrate in the back
