I did one meal a day, only meat, eggs, bacon for quite a while. It was great.

Oh for sure. I was veggie for 20 years, grew up on a farm before that. Run marathons as a veggie but meat is my needs right now. I listen to my body. Last medicine i took was 8 years ago and before that 25 years. I try to feel my way through life.
