Theory:

US Gov already owns more Bitcoin than any other nation.

SEC lawsuits + ETF submissions are clearing the way for the US to say, “bitcoin, not crypto”.

Maybe enough US officials (or, more importantly, the right ones) have understood why Bitcoin only, and are planning to own the game theory.

Just a shower thought, but you never know 🤷‍♂️
