Does anybody know if there is any client/app based on #Nostr protocol, but similar to Reddit (or Lemmy in the fediverse) with different channels? I find it easier to have discussions on specific topics.
All Nostr clients that I know (Damus, Amethyst or Primal) are Twitter-like.

Exactly. In amethyst type in your #asknostr in the search bar, tap 'Search hashtag #asknostr', and then 'follow'
