I'm so frustrated with the way penalties are in Canada. I just read about a case, which is similar to hundreds, where a man kidnapped, raped, and held a woman for ransom all while burning/torturing her, and you wanna know his sentence? 13 years! That's it? For all of those atrocities against an innocent person. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. #frustration #canada #ontario
