You can still update profiles in the new update just not posts.
You can also use nostr:npub1wxl6njlcgygduct7jkgzrvyvd9fylj4pqvll6p32h59wyetm5fxqjchcan instead if you have a wallet that is enabled.
You can still *zap profiles on the new update just not specific notes.
