I am gonna consciously try digital detoxing with intermediate fastening approach. It will be great to be without anything connected for three days, or eve a day. However, it is easier to do for hours at a time.

I just spent 18$ for my watch battery replacement. Now I can go outside without any device. I don't have to worry about how I will know the time.

Now I am typing this obviously. A long way to go but one step at a time.

Little by little. If you limit your phone time that's already a big step. I think what would help is if you structure your day so you don't even have a chance to look at your phone or computer

Yes! Absolutely.

I sometimes go outside without any device or my phone turned off.

While I am at home, it is a big challenge. I am always on my computer, not so much on my phone :)))))))
