after 2 days of switching from just milk to yoghurt my energy levels are rising fast.

yoghurt is 10x more nutrition, immediately available, and at very low cost, compared to the milk by itself, which is pretty amazing.

one of the things that is really noticable is there was pain i was getting before, in areas around the lower part of my ribcage that seems to be fading rapidly. my muscles seem to be loosening up and increasing in strength really fast too.

can't wait to see how i am going after a week of my home brewed yoghurt, and then a month...
