No
Discussion
You say "no", but I've answered your points from a previous post to illustrate that, to some extent, there are governments today that have similar qualities or act in similar ways to USSR or NatSoc Germany.
• Totalitarian Centralization of Power
Western countries are controlling, to various degrees, the political, social, and economic life if the citizens. An example of political control can be seen in Australia where the government is passing speech laws to make it more and more difficult for opposing political points of view to be heard. An example of social control is that in many Western countries it is illegal to question the Holocaust, which being historical, should be allowed to be discussed and studied in order to gain better historical accuracy. Some Western countries prevented citizens access to bank accounts, employment, or education during the covid fiasco.
• Cult of Personality
Justin Trudeau dresses up in various costumes to amplify messaging or to just stand out above others. Kamala Harris' presidential campaign published large AI generated images of fake rallies to create an exaggerated popularity. Donald Trump held numerous rallies (but with real people in them) to discuss how great he is, and to remind everyone how great everything was when he was president and that everything will be great again when re-elected.
• Extensive Propaganda and Censorship
This should be obvious to everyone alive during the covid fiasco. The narrative was that you must wear masks, social distance, and take the shot. You must never question these things. If you do, then you could get fired, lose your YouTube channel, or lose your medical doctor's license, etc. This was all government sponsored in most Western countries. The Twitter Files contain evidence of the US government using social media companies as enforcement tools on behalf of the government.
• Use of Terror and Repressive Apparatus
In Western countries, the terror is one-sided and the repressive apparatus is two-tiered. The state generally allows the brown invaders who either enter the country legally or illegally to terrorize the native population. For example, the Muslim rape gangs in Rotherham, England. The two-tiered justice system is illustrated nearly everyday with examples like a White man getting a two-year prison sentence for placing lawful stickers on lamp posts, while a brown rapist gets probation. Whites are terrorized and repressed by their governments.
• Suppression of Political Dissent and One-Party Rule
Refer to the example already stated about Australia passing speech laws that make it difficult to express a different political opinion. In the USA, there is growing interest to silence those who wish to criticize Israel and more recently to silence discussions about jews in general. There are many states in the US that already have laws to discourage political dissent pertaining to the American-Israeli relationship.
• State Control Over the Economy
This should also be a no-brainer. Western countries meddle in the economy all the time. Regulations add expenses and raises the cost of doing business, which can make it difficult for new or smaller companies to compete. Licensing lowers the supply of the licensed services, which raises the price of the service. Price controls cause shortages. Central banks play a large role in the creation and exaggeration of boom-bust cycles in the economy. Tariffs harm both the exporting country by lowing demand and the importing country by raising the price the citizens pay for the imported product.... which in turn can cause a competitive rise in the price of similar goods produced locally.
• Indoctrination Through Education and Mass Organizations
Television, movies, universities, school textbooks, newspapers, etc in Western countries are probably MORE effective at spreading state propaganda today than at any time in history.
• Militarization and Expansionist Policies
The USA and NATO, which represents the largest military presence in the Western world, expand military presence all the time. In 2014, the US lead a coup in Ukraine. This led to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Until recently, there was talk of allowing Ukraine to become a NATO member, which Russia has said it does not want. Trump has stated he wanted to take (or buy) Greenland and Canada.
