great small self relay for starters with no pro-technical skill needed just get windows or linux app run it
note down local ip ws://10.10.10.1:4869 and add the custom relay it to you nostr client app amethyst or self-hosted-webapp that's it.
if you cli tool called "nak" u can post to it and read it for test

Little help. Where do you get it? And is 10.10.10.1 the equivalent of localhost?
