I am almost 40. I eat only meat and eggs, train every day, run, learn, create, communicate, travel, and do business.

At my 88 kg, in one go I can do:

20 pullups,

50 pushups,

Run 6 km in 30 min,

Walk 50 km ia a day.

I can go without food for many days in a row. My max is 14 days.

Becoming stronger and tougher with time 🔥💪❤️
