Black Sabbath and Ozzy Osbourne's final performance will be available for the entire world to watch from home.

The July 5 'Back to the Beginning' concert will take place in heavy metal's hometown, Birmingham, England. It will feature a farewell performance by Black Sabbath's original lineup of Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne and Bill Ward, as well as a set celebrating Ozzy's Hall of Fame solo career.

The special day will also include performances by Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Slayer, Pantera, Gojira, Halestorm, Alice in Chains, Lamb of God, Anthrax, Mastodon, Sammy Hagar and more.

Ozzy, who's recent health challenges proved the catalyst for the event, has been unable to commit to a full-scale performance, but he say he will at least be "doing little bits and pieces" with his beloved former band. The day's other performers will fill in the gaps.
