As a machinist. guy who cannot for the life of them load a part in a vice or collet the same way and square each cycle. And then they expect you to be able to just magically move offsets and numbers you shouldn't have to be moving. To compensate for the incompetence. And refuses to accept it is the way it's being loaded. It must be the machine. Come on Friday. GFY

It's not like we haven't tried to train him. Me. The owner, the other supervisors. He's a long time employee he just... Doesn't get it. So he basically runs one job mediocre like and anytime he goes on something different out it's an absolute shit show for any of us overseeing that particular center.

Yeesh, that's rough. Hopefully the jobs you keep him on don't rack up too much scrap.

I can usually keep it in line but this afternoon is a damn nightmare if I do say 😅 30 more minutes.
