That response is racist and disgusting.
Throwing a Molotov anywhere near a synagogue is intended to cause fear, stress, anxiety, trauma, to set the building on fire, or (most likely) both. If intended victims or other people call that an attack, they are simply correct.
I'm a citizen of Berlin myself and deeply condemn attacks aimed at civilians, in Berlin and elsewhere.

The guy who wrote that was from a fediverse server called nicrcrew.digital. I'd you go inside his profile you will see many nazi stuff. Another server full of this people is poa.st.
They will post anti Israeli things and if you go on their profile they also have anti Arab things.
Don't discuss with this people, just block them.
