Did they ever talk about the implications of the 3 letters and state department being embedded in and/or being responsible for creating these 'public squares?' I gave up when they said there are two arguments, the libertarian argument, and 'the other side,' which is Clarence Thomas' SC opinion. Any discussion that ignores state involvement and pretends these companies are private is nowhere near reality.
