Bare in mind that many exchanges aren't being taken in consideration even by glassnode data (Robinhood or Revolut for example, but many other), or some wallets of some exchange are not known or they are not still enough sure of the ownership so they are not counted.

Also there is OTC bitcoin desk, and there is where big players tend to buy becaue their big orders can't fill normal order books.
