Instead of "vocation," I would call that region "Day Job." Vocation means calling, and so that would be better used in the intersection of mission and passion, but it should also occupy the region to Ikigai, as well. One's calling in life is what he's meant to do, should fulfill the deepest part of one's identity, and will bring him the greatest joy.

A true vocation doesn't need to be a money maker, since fatherhood and motherhood are great vocations. This is in part why marriage is elevated to the status of sacrament in the Christian church, and it is called matrimony, which means mother-making.
