indeed, i already did some hard cardio this morning, i will do some resistance tomorrow and on the on the third day again some cardio

i have to get to ketosis again, it did wonders for my energy and mental focus

people don't really say how freakish it is going into ketosis tho... i thought i'd done it before but nope, most people who haven't fully stuck it out for over 3 days of fasting have never really experienced it... the heat, the dizziness, the actual loss of appetite...

it really felt like my liver was eating the garbage that had accumulated on it too, especially the fat

I recommend going into long-term ketosis through a keto or carnivore diet.

There's no need to burden your liver with the garbage if you can eat food that's close to 100% absorbed into your body.

i already am mostly only eating keto food, here and there a bit of sugars in drinks and wine, and yes it's helping a bit but more so because i have celiac (not sure how i missed it but a rash i have suffered for years turns out to be a typical celiac symptom, dermatitis herpetiformis)

i have been developing symptoms of type 2 diabetes so reversing that is a top priority, it's not just the celiac symptoms i have to contend with it's also tinnitis, double vision, muscle weakness, cramping

i don't believe i have ever really been in full ketosis until earlier this month after 3 days fasting, which was the longest i have ever done it for

what was most interesting was the heat... up until my mid 30s, i often had quite extreme heat coming from my liver, and then it kinda stopped and the slow decline towards diabetes started - it was the most obvious sign my metabolism had changed, and changed in the way of returning to normal

just a couple of days in this state had a massively beneficial effect, i have felt and my brain is working way bettter since this so i need to do the full fast until this happens again and i intend to do it once a month until this state becomes normal again, i stop getting the cramps, the tinnitis, muscle weakness and the double vision

the diabetes is the reason for it, more than anything else, it has totally stolen my strength, endurance and flexibility for nearly a decade and i'm over it, i want my body back
