There can't be a question of any real substance. The candidates themselves wouldn't understand enough to answer. The general population wouldn't understand enough to judge the answer. Everything has to be reduced to basic talking points and issues that hitnpeople emotionally.

It's the same as here in Hong Kong except it's bankers who decide who you're allowed to vote for instead of party cadres.
