Broke through a long-standing personal fitness plateau today. Broke through a size / aesthetic plateau this week too.

Doing the right things and the hard things consistently is the way through plateaus. Meat maxx. UVB/UVA. Lift heavy. Be physically and mentally active in some way every day. No carbs. No sugar. No plants. No plastic containers for anything. No tap water. Cut out anyone who disturbs your peace with shitty energy. Embrace solitude. Walk far in remote natural settings (preferably alone or with dogs). Be around dogs (they have naturally positive and enlightened energy).

I’ve been getting after it. Hit the point where I’m yearning to be in the gym rather than going because I know I should. Seeing major progress
