Women, the cosmetics industry has you fooled, to have hydrated skin you only need to drink water and do sports.

You destroy your skin by using all those creams.

Men, the shaving industry has you fooled, if you shave, this is the best thing to do.

my goal was to get to a place where i didnt have to shave, only upkeep once in a while. I've achieved said goal and it has been exceptionally freeing. just need scissors once every other week
