If I log out and log back in, all relays are reset and if you change anything in the relay list, all follows are deleted :((((((((

Yep, common issue in nostr. Either deleted or back on an old state.
Follows and relays are linked in a single message. If you change relays before the app is able to download your follows, it assumes you don't have any follows and starts a new list.
Not sure how to fix this yet.
Ok. So if you wait for the follows to populate in your profile page before messing with the relays then is it usually ok?
