Nostr.mom for inbox, the other two are paid and could be great outbox.
Should I remove the problematic relays completely or only from inbox or outbox?
Remove from inbox/outbox lists so that your followers dont see porn.
You can keep them in your general list if you want to see it. Or just disable the download arrow on general.
