At the ending phase of the war Bhima broke Duryodhana's thigh. At that moment Balram got angry and threatened kill Bhima. But Sri Krishna scolded Balram reminding that he refused to accept the challenge of time and went on a pilgrimage.

So, nothing is get done if you can't stand and take side.

Say, had the Democrats done the right things, then there's no need of the Republicans .
