To clarify it was a "recommendation" from the planning committee for zones that aren't allowed chickens currently. That being said, i'm still aiming to take her appointment to the planning comission now because it should have been a recommendation to abolish anti-food freedom laws.

Oh, so the permit would allow people currently not allowed to keep chickens to keep them? That’s better but agreed they should just remove sill anti-human rules instead of making you ask for your God given rights to be returned to you by the government
