If Blackrock owns all the houses in the country…which is not inconceivable, and they decide that they want to control construction laws to stop competition, then your rent contract with Blackrock is not consensual just because you sign it.

A coerced relationship is not a consensual one, and a man having a “choice” between living in a house and living on the street does not mean he isn’t coerced.
