Now when I watch videos, I notice the transitions they make, the text/graphics they use, the background music and the sound effects they add.

I have a loooong way to go.

Some editing tips:

- Cut on the beat.

- Cut because you must.

- Adjust compositions help keep interest.

People's attention drops after 2-3 seconds. Those are good times to cut or adjust shots.
