If parents have wealth earmarked for their children, they should pass it on BEFORE they die.
Their goal should be to see their kids flourish and not struggle to afford the basics.
I know people who have 10+ rental properties but their children are renting the home they live in.
When these people who own multiple rentals say "It's all for my kids" - they're lying.
It's for their own selfish needs.
They just want to see their portfolio grow in value.
There's no need to lie to yourself.
Just say you're greedy.
