Childhood farm had one. Outhouse size made with cinder blocks. Standard wooded roof and shingles. Interior steel racks for hanging meats and foot traps. Concrete floor with shallow dish shape for fire.

Does it need a drain? Do you know how tall?

I think it might have had a drain/air vent but can't recall. I'll have to ask a sibling. It had a standard door/barn door that probably leaked air too.

Height was pretty normal. Probably just above head high for an average adult. So about 7 feet?

Richard Perkins, Ridgedale farm, in Sweden also posted a fairly detailed build of a smoker he did on his YT channel.

I can't find his video actually if you can help I'd appreciate it.
