Just imagine if you had a cozy street corner in your college town or whatever this is where people are busy getting from A to B and this fucking circus man shows up to do something like this indefinitely. Imagine he's not as talented too. I guess the matter of permitting being potentially required is an interesting point but as a citizen, it would suck balls to be at the mercy of the local gov't. He could be there every damned day doing this. I would not be happy.
