i think i may be the only person within 1000 miles who actually bought dandelion seeds to spread around our property. :P Let alone be excited about the nettle patch.

I eat them. like stewed spinach.
but im about to go read about using nettles to make cheese.
Tried it in England, saw it once in a specialty shop in N America
