It's either fake or useless.
Why is the operator standing next to it? Is the range really that bad? Making it useless.
Or was this just a photoshoot for an arms dealing corporation that's trying to trick your government into wasting a billion dollars on these things?
government doesn't need to be tricked. they only need to get the lobby money, and maybe do some insider trading
