This whole thing confuses me. Care to break it down? Because I have not noticed any shadow bans or people getting this type of treatment I guess and I feel like I see a lot of weird shit on global feed.
I want to be clear that I am 100% behind nostr:npub1gcxzte5zlkncx26j68ez60fzkvtkm9e0vrwdcvsjakxf9mu9qewqlfnj5z's vision for user driven content moderation, but it is maddeningly frustrating when I can't figure out why my friends are shadow banned.

It's because it doesn't happen very frequently. The filter just acts in extreme cases. So, global is still shitty and will be for a while.
That being said, we definitely need better interfaces to explain why certain profiles were marked as spammers (it could should all duplicated messages the app received, for instance)
