We are taking out a mortgage for a new build we are doing next year. We plan to buy and hodl 10% of the mortgage value in sats to be able to pay the mortgage off in full if we choose to in 10 years time. Going to be an interesting experiment.
... if i may add ... the asset is a belief of permanence by larger systems regardless of the mortgage holder.
