i suggest actually having 1 person with experience as Head Coordinator to Oversee everything, who knows what the fk they are doing in organizing and coordinating an event!
They should be paid and delegating to Volunteers cuz altho very generous with their time, their product outcome have not been satisfactory (to me)!
Too many people dipping their hands in cookie jar means meh outcome and SMART people being taken advantage of by unsavory people!!
It’s best when it’s 1 SINGLE Visionary who sketch out the entire thing and then, they add in capable Volunteers to implement!
