I usually use firefox. although I just tested it in brave and it is blocking it
It should work if you disable brave shield or go into the shield settings and allow ws://localhost:4869

i can't get it to work in brave or firefox trying every variant of these instructions
you should allow users to designate a trusted, auth-required relay for this
i don't think it will work with auth enabled on the relay
