But what you allow will continue. It is well and good when you say we live in a DEMOCRATIC country. C'mon, let's be real. Are we truly democratic?
I mean when banks decide who can have a bank or who can access their money at their mercy, that is democracy, isn't it?
Only the people you rubbed shoulders with will get the first opportunity of over a million pound of PPE contracts then close down the business, that is democracy right?
When you thought you vote and exercise your civil rights but only to realise you were precondition to choose those party or candidates under the notion, you have the right to vote and you are well aware that social media could not possibly conditioned or pushed pschological surveys or content to persuade you to vote certain candidates?! Oh, Cambridge Analytics is a democracy right?
I can go on and on and on...
But until we start thinking that change is not possible unless we become 1st conscious of our own action, our way of thinking and truly reflect, what legacy we want to leave behind then we cannot complain for putting the shuckles on us!
You cannot blame the gov't if you put them there !
Am I going to complain, violently express my rights in the hope of democracy or am I going to do something about it, the right way?
The first act of change is the acknowledgement that you need it. 2nd is evaluate your choices, what has to change, what future or society you want to be part of?
Is violence the answer? If yes, at to what end? If no, then review your life that led you to here, THE NOW!
Assess our choices and take back your power, conscious consumerism, CONSCIOUS CHOICE!
Stop the blame game and do something! Even if it means stop giving money to those corporate oligarchs which see as nothing but a number to their bottomline. Go beyond the facade, the nice words and stop falling on the same trap that got you to whatever anger and discontent you have!
For once, do not give in to power!
The question now is:
Do you have the brevity to regain your power?
