It's not 1% anywhere in the world. There is no interest in BTC for payments because even in developing countries there is no payments problem. Anybody can pay instantly and for free in most places, just with their phone. BTC for payments is a solution looking for a problem.

BTC for anonymous, cash-like payments, well THAT would have a use. But few people are interested anyway.
