If protestors spoke to each other, they’d quickly realise they all have the same concerns and weren’t actually enemies.
It’s to intimidate the sheeple, so the sheeple does not give resistance/rebel against the regime

Apparently the guy on the right did get 2 years prison suspended for 2 years as he was a minor at the time of the offence (as well as his community service).
Still, the same sentence for multiple child rape and distributing stickers hardly looks like justice.
