The point we were trying to make was that the Kremlin has been cut off from the world's resources through sanctions (SHITrael mysteriously didn't meet the same end), so they're heavily relying on Africa for the same.

Their War Economy ultimately needs external sustenance. Oil is not enough, they need rare earth, tradable gold and gemstones (that get laundered in Dubai), uranium and more.
