I thought this milestone had already occurred. The staying power of vinyl is remarkable.
Vinyl sales have been increasing year after year and have been one of the 'fastest growing' mediums for music for some time. Apparently 2022 is the first time that vinyl sales have been higher than CD sales since '87.
