Get mad if you wish but it’s clear that both #bitcoin and #monero are on the same mission against the same enemy. Yet for some reason the communities seem to hate each other. Well I love you both anyway.

Monero has an edge in all but one metric, which happens to be the thing Bitcoin is better than everything at: scarcity.
Monero is incredibly useful until BTC can be made as secure and private.
Either way, no one should get attached to any one tool if another can do a job better.

And also, the fight is useless. If one succeeds against that enemy, then the other will have also succeed. It seems pretty obvious that it's never going to be "one or the other". Either both win, of they both loose.
PS: And I personally add #Beam as a third one in the lot. As it covers the privacy-preserving smart-contract / confidential NFT / privacy DeFi domains.
