Any Fold employees on here? Anyone know why FL is excluded here for the credit card but it also states it will be availing “all 50 states”?

NY is a regulatory gulag. Dont know about FL

There are a few wallets that are restricted from Florida as well. Not sure what’s up.

Interesting. Didn’t know that was at the state level here. Definitely odd.

Insane regulation , at least for NY , across multiple apps and platforms , there is a few workarounds but for the most part you can’t do much

Yeah I know NY has the bitlicense but I wasn’t aware FL had anything similar or restrictions
