my country first come with the paying for plastic bag for environment policy in which they charge you MYR0.20 per plastic bag which was supposed to be donated to environmental conserving NGO. nowadays the just sell you bags for exorbitant price which is either lousy in quality or not in any way being environmental friendly, with all of the profits goes to the mart and none goes to the environment. all of this dumb policies are never about making the planet a better place
