Yes: but Communism is just the government but without competition; there are no private institutions or free markets. If you look through history every other time collectivism of this kind has been "tried" all it did was enslave the masses and enrich the Communist Party officials (and their friends and family).

No I agree that that was wrong! That's Fascism where the corporations control the State--that's not capitalism.
